Airports in Borneo

Borneo is very well served by international and local airlines. Sabah, Sarawak, Kalimantan, and Brunei have an extensive network of airports and local flights which often operate several times a day. Flying is one of the major means of transport and domestic flights are relatively cheap compared to other regions and countries. However flights in Borneo can get very full and early booking can be necessary, particularly on major business routes and during the major holiday periods, such as Ramadan, Chinese New Year & Christmas.
