Most famous local dishes in Brunei
Satay is a favourite Malay food.
In Brunei you will be able to find Malaysian, Chinese and many
different local cuisines as well as a selection of restaurants
serving Western food.
There is a big market along the Kianggeh River. It is best known for
its food stalls at night. A large variety of delicious tropical
fruits can be bought there.
Jerudong: there is a famous fish market with food stalls,
mainly busy in the morning.
Sea food: a large selection of excellent sea food is readily
available in many restaurants.
